This a series of 6 small group sessions in which we review the 9 Fundamental CrossFit Movements, as well as introduce you to Advanced and Basic Weightlifting and Gymnastics Strength Training.  Our team of coaches will expose you to proper technique and execution of these movements before joining the group workouts.

Foundations is required for all new CrossFitters.  You must commit to the full 2-week series, which begins anew every 2 weeks on Monday.  The 6 classes must be taken in order, as each class builds on those before it.

Upon completion, you may then participate in the Workout Of the Day by choosing from one of our several membership options. Our CrossFit Foundations series also includes access to our Open Gym times.
