Ways to Get Started

We prefer for everyone to try a free class! This is a great way for you to meet our coaches, check out The Box, learn what CrossFit is, and get an awesome workout! Our free classes are offered every Saturday and Sunday at 1PM. Click here to sign up!


Can’t Make It to a Free Class? Come Observe! Please stop by anytime to observe a class, speak to one of our coaches, and learn more about our program. If you’re ready to start, sign up for Foundations here!
If you enjoyed your free class experience, the next step is signing up for Foundations. This a series of small group sessions (8 person limit) in which we review the 9 Foundational CrossFit Movements, Advanced and Basic Weightlifting, Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Basic Gymnastics and Gymnastics Strength Training. As an introduction to the basic movements used in our Workout of the Day (WOD), our team of coaches will expose you to and ensure that you are comfortable with proper technique and execution of these movements before joining the group WODs.

Foundations is required for all new members. You must commit and attend each class in the 2 week program before joining the Workout Of The Day. Morning Cycles are M/W/F at 7AM and Evening Cycles are M/W at 8PM and F at 7PM. We start a new round of students every 2 weeks on Monday (dates below). The 6 classes must be taken in order from class 1 to 6**. This 2-week course also includes access to our Open Gym times. Upon completion of Foundations, you may then choose from several membership options. Sign up for our next Foundations cycle here.
Foundations Cycles start: December 18

The Workout Of the Day group classes are designed to be challenging, but scaleable for all levels. Each class is constantly varied and will include mono-structural (cardio), weightlifting, and gymnastic elements. Drop-in fee for visiting cross-fitters is $25.

  • Record your workout results, the old-school way  – in a notebook, or on our app-based tracking system, Beyond the Whiteboard
  • Read and understand the House Rules

If you are not yet feeling ready for the group WODs, we offer personal training sessions to help you gain more comfort with the movements and your capabilities. Book sessions directly with your favorite coach at times convenient to your schedule.
